公司成立于2021年7月，总投资3.5亿元，其中固定资产投资2.8亿元，设备主要为：节能加热炉、台式回火调质炉、锯床、8000吨压力机、4000吨压力机、8米双工位碾环机、20吨轨道式锻造装取料机、大型数控立车、自动化流水线等，年生产能力可达20万吨。
The company was established in July 2021 with a total investment of 350 million CNY, including 280 million CNY in fixed assets investment.The Main equipment are :Energy Saving Heating Furnace,Desktop Hardening and Tempering furnace,sawing machine,8000 tons Punch Press,4000 tons Punch Press,,8m double station ring rolling machine,20 ton rail type forging charging and reclaiming machine,large CNC vertical lathe,automated assembly lines, etc.,with annual production capacity can reach 200,000 tons.
